Since the jury on the Casey Anthony trial returned their verdict yesterday afternoon, everywhere I look, I see people crying in outrage.
I wish they'd all just shut the $%&@ up.
Yes, the death of that young girl was a tragedy, but these are the type of people who will tell you up and down how great America is, and when one of the thing that makes America great works like it does, they get all angry.
Yeah, its murky waters, maybe she was guilty, maybe she wasn't. The fact of the matter is
My nation turns 5 today.
Rather then being some whiny kid who makes a stupid pointless forum topic, I figured I'd make a stupid pointless blog entry.
5 years is alot of time, and I could have done alot with the time I've spent on CN, but I haven't, and I'm not crying over it. I've enjoyed my time here, and I plan to enjoy my time here into the forseeable future.
I've made a reasonable number of friends, and perhaps an unreasonable number of enemies. It seemed that up u
As was expected, FEAR and WFF have entered in defense of NEW. I think we can all be happy that somebody had the balls to do it.
Over the past day, a considerable amount of evidence has surfaced that says maybe NEW didn't explicitly ask PC/iFOK to stay out after all. FEAR and WFF apparently never received such a message, NEW might have given them an option in stating that they 'didn't have to die with them', but I have yet to hear anybody involved say that either FEAR or WFF received the
Dearest PC and iFOK.
You've found a way out of this war by saying that NEW asked you to stay out. I'm sure you were relieved to hear them say that, if they actually did say that. Which I'm not saying they didn't.
Neither of NEW's other treaty partners have issued a statement saying they intend to stay out. In fact, by all accounts it seems that they are accepting what is going on and are preparing to enter on NEW's behalf. Either NEW's request that their allies stay out didn'
I've taken the blog post I made last night about forum softwares that power alliance forums to another level. For those of you who didn't read that entry, I started it to discover which forum softwares were most prevalent. For this installment, I've surveyed another 69 forums, which brings me to 169 total. I attempted to look up forums for all alliances listed in the in-game alliance list, (which is limited to alliances with at least 20 members. Not included were those with domain or server issu
I've often wondered how the different forum softwares stacked up as compared by usage by Cyber Nations alliances. Often we see announcements of alliances moving forums, changing softwares, etc, and there really is no unified answer of which software is generally preferred in this game. Over the past hour or so, I've taken upon myself the task to look up the forums for the top 100 alliances as sorted by score, and note the forum software they used.
There were a few issues with the top 100, inclu
Over the past few days, I have developed a feeling as if there had been an excessive amount of DoE's lately, earlier I took a look down the front page of the Alliance Announcements forums and i found the results interesting to say the least.
27 Topics (not counting the three announcements)
9 Declarations of Existance (Expletive Removed, Legacy, Africa, GARO, Cat Land, Posaris, Unity, ACE, and OTF).
What an odd phenomenon to have such a high number of alliances formed in such a rela
