Due to the unreliable nature of some sellers, I require the seller to send the tech first.To initiate a deal, simply send 50 tech to [url="http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=357743"]UltimaThule[/url] with the text "50tech/$3m". If I accept the offer, that guarantees that I will send the seller $3,000,000 in exactly ten days, that is as soon as the initial foreign aid transaction expires. Once accepted, sellers will have the opportunity to repeat the transaction on the same terms for as long or as short a period as they wish. People involved in active wars are not eligible to take part in this offer. This applies irrespective of whether the seller is the instigator of any war or not. Happy trading!
