Assuming we're starting this deal in a couple of days, you won't have enough aid slots. Are you going to commit to this deal or the 2x2? Two of your aid slots are already filled with other deals. This deal will fill three of your slots, which means you won't have any more free aid slots and therefore won't be able to participate in any other new tech deals.
