The Maroon Revolutionary Alliance Charter

These are the following guidelines of the Maroon Revolutionary Alliance to promote the defense and leadership of the Revolutionares.

Article I: Admission

Any nation joining the Maroon Revolutionary Alliance(MRA) will have to sign the following in order to have membership within the alliance:

1.The Nation's Name

2.The Nation's Ruler

3.The Nation's Strength

4.The Nation's Resources

5.A Link To The Nation

After, once a nation is a member of the Maroon Revolutionary Alliance, they are forbidden to join any other alliance in the game under threat of expulsion by the Council of Ministers.

Article II: The MRA Government

1. The Union House

The Union House is where fellow active Revolutionaries meet to discuss government issues such as changes in the charter, voting for the Council of Ministers, and punishments and expulsions of members. The people have the power to remove leader figures.

2. Council of Ministers

There consists of 4 Ministers in the Council. They work with and for the people of the MRA. The Council of Ministers includes the Minister Of Defense, the Minister of Foreign Relations, the Minister of Education, and the Prime Minister. The Minister Of Defense(MoD) is responsible for all matters of war. That means he decides who to attack, when to attack, and how to attack. The Minister of Foreign Relations(MoF) is responisble for assigning diplomats and other relations regarding war, pacts, and other diplomatic reels. The Minister of Education(MoE) is responsible for messaging members of the Maroon Revolutionaries Alliance for important announcments including who to vote for for senate or important messages regarding internal issues and recruiting new members. The Prime Minister is the president and leader of the Council of Ministers. He is the Second-In-Command. And works beside the President. Each Minister will be elected in the Tri-Monthly Elections(Every 3 months). The requirements in becoming a Minister:

-Your nation has to be at least 4 weeks old.

-You have to be a member at the Maroon Revolutionaries Alliance for at least 2 weeks.

-You must be an active member and have an active nation.

In order to become the Prime Minister, the requirements are:

-Your nation has to be at least 4 weeks old.

-You have to be a member at the Maroon Revolutionaries Alliance for at least a month.

-You must be an active member and have an active nation and frequently discuss in topics.

Both the ministers and Prime Minister have an unlimited amount of terms.

3. President

The President is the power figure of all of the Maroon Revolutionaries. If the President chooses to resign, he will be replaced by the leader of The Council of Ministers and the peoples of the MRA see fit. If they do not like who is placed, they can have him removed, and another minister voted in. The President has power over all matters including membership, war declarations, diplomatic negotiations, and expulsions. The Council of Ministers and Union House may challenge the action and can over turn it with 6 votes or 75%. The President is voted into place every Tri-Monthly Election and is required to have the following:

-S/He must have at least a 6 week old nation.

-S/He must be a member of the Maroon Revolutionaries Alliance for at least 1 month.

-S/He must be a strong active member at both the forums and on cybernations.

-S/He must complete the following oath:

I, *Insert Name*, solemly swear to hold the Presidency of the Maroon Revolutionaries Alliance. I will not lie to the peoples, I will not sign pacts behind their backs, I will not forcefully remove members or make them disappear. I will not allow treason in the halls of the Union House or traitors to this great alliance. Under *insert god here*, I will protect the peoples of the Maroon Revolutionaries Alliance.

The President may be removed from power with a call of impeachment and an 80% vote approval of his leaving presidency. The President has an unlimited amount of terms aswell.

II. Removal

Any member may submit a motion to remove another member from the MRA. The Council of Ministers will vote and the majority will expel the accused member. The General has the power to remove any motion against another member.

III. War

If any nation declares war against a fellow Revolutionary without just reason, we reserve that right to attack that rogue nation. Circumstances are if that nation is aligned and that alliance is messaged and asked for a cancel attack with reperations payed.

1.Armed Forces

The armed forces of the MRA are made up of the members of MRA, Comandante en Jefe, and Special Forces. They will be divided into Divisions based on their nation’s strength.

The Divisions are as follows:

Division I: 0-600

Division 2: 600-1000

Division 3: 1000-3000

Division 4: 3000-6000

Division 5: 6000+

2.Comandante en Jefe

The different Divisions will be run by a Comandante en Jefe. Comandante en Jefe will be appointed by Premier when the need arises. Comandante en Jefe are responsible for answering questions of their Division members, leading their members in war time, and insuring that members are staying in line in times of peace.

3.Normal Members

A member of the Maroon Revolutionaries Alliance is expected to be able to take orders from their Division Commanders, as well as by ready and willing to assist their brethren should the need arise.

4.Special Forces

The Special Forces are hand picked from the members of Council of Ministers. If a member asks to be considered for the Special Forces they will not be allowed to.

The Special Forces take their orders directly from The Premier, and serve as the Elite Guards of the MRA. They will be expected to be prepared to go to war at a minute’s notice, to be active on the forums, to be loyal to the MRA above all else, and lastly, have their nation heavily based on their military.

In accordance to the above, we, the undersigned nations, under the doctrine of the Maroon Revolutionaries Alliance swear to defend our brothers from aggression, and to provide the means for the Maroon Revolutionaries Alliance to prosper.

IV. Diplomacy

Members can sign up to become diplomats to other alliances and vice versa. We strongly believe in making diplomatic relations through NAPs and MDPs. Non-Revolutionary diplomats may sign up in the Lobby and we will quickly set up an embassy for you and your alliance.

V. Bill of Rights and Bill Signing

Amendment I.

Each member of the Maroon Revolutionaries Alliance has the freedom of press, freedom of speech, freedom of government and religion in one's nation, and freedom of petition. You can show any information piece of information that you feel a need is necessary to share. You can say whatever you want about anything, the government, a person, etc. etc. There will be no words placed in the word filter. Your nation may be any type of government and religion you choose. You have the right to petition any declaration of war, pact signing, election, etc.

Amendment II.

No member shall be removed from the MRA without an unjust reason or removed without a democratic way. If a Minister or the President allows this to happen, they will be put onto trial for their actions.

Amendment III.

The President, even with the correct amount of votes in order for a bill to pass, may veto it, if he does not feel it to be right. As the same rule for the Ministers and Peoples vetoing the President.

Amendment IV.

Every member has a right to trial. Nobody can hold you against that.

Amendment V.

Each bill has an unlimited amount of time before we all approve on it, but it doesn't need everyones approval. If the 75% of the vote is in favor of the bill for 3 days, it has passed.
