Flag of NAE Charter of NAE: Preamble: We the awesome arctic nations, agree and establish these laws of NAE. Article 1: As an authorized nation of NAE you are allowed to declare on any unaligned nation of your choosing. CN:TE is all about learning war, so learn it. As a soverign nation of NAE you are also authorized to purchase nuclear weapons on any enemy of Arctica, nukes are very useful and destructive objects and need to be used. As a soverign nation of NAE, you are not to attack a alligned nation unless you have authorization from the minister of Peace, or the emperor. Also if you wish to attack a fellow member, you will be expelled from NAE, so think twice on who you attack. Article 2: The Emperor is the supreme ruler of NAE. Do not question his or her power. If you do you will be made fun of. The Imperial Arbiter is the backup ruler of NAE. Do not question his or her power The Minister of Defence is the person in charge of Military affairs and military operations. Do not question his or her power. The Minister of Peace is the person who comes up with surrender terms for alliances who dare cross into Arctica. Do not question his or her power. The Imperial Soveriegn is the Spokesperson of the emperor and is the head of the council. Do not question his or her power. The Imperial Council is the backup ministers incase the ministers are not available. Conclusion: We will make treaties if suggested unless they are two warring alliances.
