SoxNation
the only problem i see with this is if someone demands it in a way taht can't be traced... if someone comes to you and says it was demanded and the viceroy denies it, who's side would you take, if there were no logs or proof? thedestro
I hate those what-if situations, because they never happen. You can always show screen-shots or give a link to a forum account. Besides, it's really crossing a line (imo) by going as far as wanting access to somebody's actual things; too serious.. too serious.
Weiss von Toten
You don't need to demand a forum account to get one. 99% of the time you just register yourself And the owner can IP ban you if they see fit. They can refuse service.
Syzygy
And the owner can IP ban you if they see fit. They can refuse service. so much drama over nothing. If you want to install a Viceroy, you simply create new free-boards somewhere and the Vicroy declares these boards to be the new official alliance boards of the ruled alliance. Everyone who does not sign up there is therefore expelled from the alliance and attacked as rogue/ghost/imposter and all official talks, decisions, diplomacy is taking place at these boards only. At this board the Viceroy has total control (admin access) and it is still no violation of nothing. Deal done. The alliance can of course keep "their old" boards, but they are not the offical alliance boards any more.
