What if we link the SDI to the amount of tech we have. logically,it makes sense too as a nation with beyter tech will naturally have better defense sysytems. For eg. US will have better defenses than say Iran. Also this could be one serious way in which tech pays and will be a great bebefit to get tech and will discourage players who reach 500 tech and stop there. There could be a specific rate such as 30% base stoppage rate and then say 0.05% bonus for each tech level... Also make a maximum cap such as there will only be 85% max odds of stopping a missile.
