I browsed the first couple of topics and didn't see anything on the topic. I recently recruited a RL friend (Milk Carton Kid) to join CN. I did this by playing at his house and talking the game up. I understand the no (trade, aid, war) and no 3rd party contact in any of the previously mentioned areas. I want to start actively recruiting for the game, my biggest concern is for my own nation.
