HDSupreme
Hmmm... A close range BITE fest amongst Crawlers, Kiwis and Cobras... Let's see... Kiwis can run but not fly... Crawlers can crawl and not be seen, and Cobras can sway, be treacherous and highly venomous... But Crawlers too... And a Kiwi could eat a Crawler... and have a bad stomach ache... Well, anyways, have a lot of FUN and send pics to RE...LOL!!!

Jesusfreak
That. Is. It. Not buying an SDI next round. Over the last three rounds, it's thwarted under 20% of the nukes launched against me. 0/3 so far this round

Einer
I think you may be on to something. So far in this war, I've launched six nukes against SDIs without a single interception. In contrast, my SDI has already eaten five (with 3 getting through). Edited June 2, 2012 by Einer

bibliophile
I bought and SDI for the first time in a few rounds. So far it has blocked [s]3[/s] 11 and 2 have gotten though in [s]2[/s] 3 days I can't say about my own launches since my opponents have deleted the messages but I recall that some got through the first time and others took as many as 3 or 4 tries. Edit; updated 8 more blocks today: 5 from 1, 2 from another 1 from a third Edited June 3, 2012 by bibliophile
Kyriakos Raanb Dorou
SDI's are just a long-term strategy being applied in TE's short-term wars. In SE a good SDI base completely negates the power of nukes (you're forced to fight for many weeks, but you'll often be near/at zero after a single round; some people run off to hide in peace mode to restock). In TE, people do run out of nukes within our 5 day wars... but as soon as that happens everyone wants to peace out. At which point, everyone else leaves them alone for a while, allowing them to restock everything they lost. SDI's are more useful earlier on, when people haven't fully stocked their nukes yet. And, of course, you do get lucky sometimes... a good run of 10+ blocks is worth all the nukes that hit you before.
