Article 1: Sovereignty Both parties shall remain independent entities at all times and agree to never knowingly interfere in the internal and external affairs of one another. Any overt or malicious violations of this article may result in immediate cancellation of these accords by the affected party. Article 2: Non Aggression Both parties agree to enter into a state of non aggression with one another for the entire duration of these accords and agree to never conspire or commit acts of espionage against one another. Both parties agree to never give any form of aid or assistance to an alliance or individual that a signatory of this treaty is militarily engaged with. Any overt or malicious violations of this article may result in immediate cancellation of these accords by the affected party. Article 3: Intelligence Both parties agree to share any and all information pertaining to the safety and stability of one another. Any information passed shall be kept confidential and not shared with any third parties unless explicit permission is given in order to do so. Article 4: Protection For the entire duration of this treaty, the National Alliance of Arctic Countries (NAAC) shall be under the full protection of The Last Remnants (TLR). Any and all forms of unprovoked aggression upon the NAAC shall be seen as a direct attack upon TLR and will be treated as such. Should TLR find its self in a defensive war, the NAAC has the option of providing assistance but has no obligation to do so. Article 5: Aggressive Warfare Should the NAAC wish to pursue an aggressive war upon non signatory alliance for whatever reason, they shall inform and provide the government of TLR with all the relevant information pertaining to the war 48 hours before doing so. Should the NAAC fail to inform the government of TLR of any plans to pursue an aggressive war, this treaty may be immediately cancelled by the government of TLR, therefore releasing TLR from all the terms and obligations set out in this protectorate treaty. Both parties have the option of requesting assistance from one another in an aggressive war but neither party has the obligation to fulfill such a request and this decision shall be respected regardless. Article 6: Cancellation This treaty may be cancelled at any time by either signatory. The canceling signatory must give the other signatory a private 72 hour notice of their intent to cancel this treaty. This treaty shall remain active until this time period elapses at which point, it shall be declared officially null and void. Should Articles 1, 2 or 5 be violated, with no chance of a diplomatic solution that allows for the continuation of these accords, this treaty may be canceled immediately by the affected party, thereby releasing both signatories from all the obligations set out in this treaty at the moment cancellation notice is given.
To clarify that guy isn't raiding. The guy he's attacking, attacked the GOONs in the past and has approval from us to be attacking him.
There are older and fouler things than Orcs in the deep places of the world... Actually, zombie NAAC could be a welcome addition to the political landscape. Makes a change from the endless parade of ephemeral micros. I welcome this experiment.

Were back, TLR has protected the AA for a while and now it's official since we have reformed. Also to answer SCY's question with a question. Did we ever leave?
