We all have played TE, we know the excitement that comes from an update blitz, or the victory of successfully coordinating a target into anarchy. We know the feeling of being nuked to smithereens, but it doesn't matter, because a new round starts anyway. We know what it was like to have our alliance buddies, who may not have been with us in other worlds, but were with us on planet Steve. Right now, all of that is gone, our beloved TE is no longer running, and we want it back. All of us want to be able to play again, to win flags or keep people from winning flags, to coordinate and blitz, to go "aww hell" when we hit bill-lock, to lose entire fighter squadrons to an air force half the strength of yours. We want to be able to go "I got this" when wars come around on Bob, because we had just done the same things the night before on Steve. ---- I've created a few signatures that you all are free to use, show your support, let's try to get TE back! It all depends on one person, really. What else can we say to convince him? I wish CN Staff would be really playing (at least one of them), to get the inside feeling, not just starting the nations. To tell the truth, the game has been neglected for too long - there were no changes and it dragged on like that for more than a year. Only after the significant drop in numbers, the game owner started to try new things - and most of them turned out to be quite good. I believe it still would take 2-3 more rounds to stabilise the numbers and with the continuous improvements it may even start to grow again. There is such thing, as inertia, you know. There are positive signs and to abandon it all now would just kill the game, once the diehards leave forever. As my form of protest (desperate times - desperate measures), I refuse to collect taxes in SE . Jeez, it would scare all LOL, once my SE account will be deleted in 10 days. Oh well... Just in case moderators would like to delete the post: deleting it won't help the game, trust me. The same like closing the threads. Best wishes.
