At this point in the round - it appears SUN is pretty important to us as well. We need a War, and SUN is pretty close to our size in most aspects. We looked around for targets and a lot of others were already tied up, so it seemed like a pretty good fit. But, just SUN wasn't quite enough. They needed some help just to make things a bit more even...not just any help though. Who could fill this void? StevieG Posted January 29, 2012 Report Share Posted January 29, 2012 Ok then. IT is clear from this war, that "stats" (more so Total NS) are not the be all and end all. OP has lost a measly 30k ns, while SUN/Syn have lost ~110k ns. The blitz: It was clear from the point of the DoW that SUN was definitely not prepared in the slightest, with 26 GCs spread amongst 34 nations. Quite simply, that is extremely foolish, especially going into day 60 of the round. Activity/Update Activity: In this case, the Update Activity was almost non existent. It may have changed now, once they realised they were under attack. Overall activity is there for both SUN and Synergy however. Experience: OP are one of the most experienced AAs in the game byt his stage. SUN on the other hand are not. Experience counts for a lot in terms of coordination, and general war ability. Cash: Put quite simply, Cash is King. If you have more cash then your opponents, you can either outbuy them during war, or at the least be able to quickly rebuild yourself after the war, and be in much better shape for the next one. Cash, also comes with experience. So, in summary. This war was relatively even stats wise, yet there was only going to be 1 winner in this "easy" war. P.S Obviously OP Gov did add in Synergy for a few reasons. It clearly didnt change much though tl;dr Obvious down declare is obvious Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
