[b]B:)[/b]If any ship refuses to be searched once asked, Gallifrey reserves the right to ask the ship to turn around or take a guided detour out of Gallifreyan national waters. If troops fire first on Gallifrey the troops being fired upon may take up a shoot first ask questions later policy if they deem it necessary. Civilians fleeing their home government will be investigated and will be given asylum on a case by case basis. [u][b]Unauthorized Military Craft:[/b][/u] Gallifrey maintains a policy of escorting unauthorized military craft in the Gallifreyan air space out. If the air craft do not respond and the government does not respond the air craft may be fired upon depending on the situation at hand. [u][b]Unauthorized Civilian Craft:[/b][/u] Gallifrey maintains a policy of escorting and detaining unauthorized non-military craft. If the craft does not respond and seems to be a threat to Gallifrey my means of crashing into Gallifreyan structures or a bomb is detected the craft may be fired upon. [u][b]Unauthorized Missile Launches:[/b][/u] Gallifrey maintains a policy of shooting down missiles in Gallifreyan air space first and asking questions later. If it is shown the missile wasnt intended for Gallifrey the government may or may not pay the offending government reparations.
