lkfht Posted December 16, 2011 Report Share Posted December 16, 2011 Tech Deals occur when a "buyer" sends the "seller" $3,000,000 for either 50 or 100 tech. The "seller" waits until that aid slot expires to send the tech to the "buyer". Only 50 at a time. If it's a 100/3mil deal wait until the first 50 tech slot has expired until you send the rest.
