You picked a bad time to join CN, but here are my picks. If you wish to be a mindless drone I would suggest you join any Continuum alliance. It does not matter which one, either you will be in the NPO, or in an alliance that has its lips firmly planted on the NPO's hindquarters. If you wish for freedom and liberation join Vox Populi. I was a member and I was liberated from most of my infra and tech. I was in EDEN last, even though they are a MCXA protectorate (a fair weather alliance to be sure) EDEN has a good core of people, and their leaders know how to grow a nation such as yourself, you may want to check them out.

I am obviously new to the game, and I realize one of the few advantages of being a small nation is that my tech costs are low. I understand the concept of selling tech to a bigger nation, because the small nation can buy it cheaper, and get big bucks (for a small nation) but how exactly is that done? Does it involve "the middleman" that I have seen in a few posts? Does the larger nation send the smaller nation its' money first? If someone could kind of do a step by step on how this is done I would be thankful. King Homer
