IAA is indeed a classy group of friends. I appreciate their understanding and honorable actions. The lack of coordination and communication with them prior to the name change is entirely and 100% my fault and I ask that they please accept my apology. In the initial stages of the move, I was the only active member of GOV that could have contacted our friends and posted on OWF. Unfortunately, unforeseen obstacles on a planet other than Bob kept me from doing my job as honorably as they have done theirs. Also, thanks for the well wishes posted by our other friends in this thread!

[/quote] I have posted in EVERY thread pertaining to this issue that there has been no proof whatsoever given by anyone and that both TGE and NoR, in my opinion acted wrongly. If there is sufficient proof that NoR should have dropped us, then they should now be giving me that proof so that I can make sure the evil cancer is fully removed from my membership. . .if there is no conclusive proof, then NoR should not have dropped us. Either way TGE AND NoR handled this one wrong, as lack of evidence shows. Rather than suggesting that I hadn't been paying attention, or that I was picking an easier target. . perhaps you should look at how many times I have repeated those same words in each thread. And since I, speaking personally and not officially, have taken a stand clear enough that anyone should know I don't go looking for 'easy targets'. Now, after all that redirect, misdirection and junk, WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE?!?

I know everyone is extremely interested in the TGE / NoR back-story; it makes good soap opera drama. . . but has anyone noticed that there has been absolutely NO CREDIBLE PROOF given to the very alliance where the accused formerly resided? If this was about doing what was right, there would be conclusive evidence and not just allegations. If TKoI was a hot bed of racism, which it isn't, then shouldn't that evidence be given to the new leader in order to clean house? The fact that there is no concrete evidence makes me doubt the credibility of the decisions made by both TGE and NoR. You mention the fact that you hope that relationships can be mended . . and some have mentioned the relationships between the large alliances of NoR and TGE. . but what about the TKoI relationships? What about the reputation of the accused. In as much as people as so quick to attack the injustice of alleged racism, then why is the right of innocence until proven guilty and the ability of the accused to face their accuser to be ignored? As far as I'm concerned, and speaking for myself personally, this apology is just a public relations stunt. Also, why does this PR stunt apologize to NoR? TKoI is the one that got harmed, and it was the individual accused rulers that was harmed (NO conclusive proof has been offered yet.) This will be my last time to demand evidence to be sent to me, via private channel. There is no way that both NoR and TGE are ignorant of my request. . . to deny me this 'evidence' would indicate that there is no evidence. Peace and prosperity shall continue to be our lot hopefully. Additionally, Ashoka you are very right, if it had been handled better at the beginning of the allegations, it would not have become such a huge ordeal and our treaty might have been saved. By the way, I still have not been given ANY evidence AT ALL of any wrong doing by anyone. Ironic considering the size of the drama.

We thank our friends at the IAA for their decision to extend their earlier treaty (with IR) to our newly merged TKOI. I look forward to building upon this and applaud our loyal friends.
