So, I was wrong. I can live with that. There must be some other reason why you'd take pleasure in seeing if his career goes down the tubes.

We have elections up soon. We'll have to wait and see. Maybe he'll stand, maybe he won't. If he stands, maybe he'll win, maybe he won't. Or maybe we'll let someone else have a crack at it. But I don't think his career has sunk. Wishful thinking on your part, I feel. And then I ask myself, why would you feel pleasure if his career sinks. Maybe he is good at his job and you feel threatened by that in some way. Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong.

This is a sticky situation we find ourselves in and it could become quite messy. Hopefully, when this is over, and both sides are exhausted we can shake hands ( maybe not such a good idea after all )

Why does everyone assume that people who leave and moan about an alliance, did not try to fix it before leaving? I'm not saying that that is the case here, but every time a thread such as this appears, at least one person will say "you should have stayed to fix it."

In the run up to GW3, Dewsos' post on GATO's forums where he said "I'm not calling for war" was photo-shopped into " I am calling for war" and posted on the OWF as "proof" that GATO wanted to attack NPO. That someone would make such a lie, really did shock me at the time. Being in TPF when Slayer decided to go NAZI-hunting and staying there for the war after wards. Not my proudest moment.

Yuri, what nippy is getting at is. Nation A attacks Nation B. You declare on Nation A. That is an act of war (obviously) Nation A attacks Nation B. You send money to Nation B. That is seen as an act of war too. This time though, you are in an alliance, which means that now your alliance's foreign affairs spokesmen are involved. Nemesis has rules, procedures etc. I suggest you read them, and establish their policy towards the kind of behaviour you are suggesting.

People will continue to argue the rightness or wrongness of a CB in an attempt to persuade others. Not those with whom they are fighting so much, though they may persuade one or two to peace out or leave their respective alliances, but rather to persuade those who have yet to join in as to the merits of their cause.
