i haven't had an account on here in years so i'm a little rusty on the new features and stuff, but i have a bonus resource that i'm not sure i'm supposed to have. i have the affluent population bonus resource. it requires 4 other resources (fine jewelry, fish, furs, and wine), of which i only have one (fish). i've had this bonus resource since i made my nation a few days ago. does everyone get a random bonus resource when they start or is this a bug?
