Britannian Empire Opens It's Doors Following a statement made by Euphemia Li Britannia today stating she was going to begin opening embassies, many were confused as the Emperor had publicly spoken against foreign involvement in any aspect of the Empire. However his mind seems to have been swayed by his sister on this matter which has many believing that his family may have too much power over his choices. However the majority of the population seems to be in favor of this move by Euphermia stating that if the Empire is to last, it needs friends. CLASSIFIED The move to invite foreigners into the Empire by Euphemia has angered some of the nobility. The House of Lords was adamant in the belief that the Empire should stay out of world affairs of any kind and see the Emperors change of heart a sign of weakness. The rebel factions within the Empire seem to have only grown stronger by this move, there are some however that believe the Emperor is agitating the rebel's on purpose to draw them out.

As the Britannian Empire continues to make its place known in the America's Euphemia Li Britannia of the Royal Family has seen fit to begin opening the Empire to more diplomacy and sent a message to the American region.

A Shock in The House of Lords In just the past day the Emperor has gone about weakening the power the House of Lords holds in the government. When asked why he did this all he said was "It is for the good of all that the Royal Family be the sole rulers of this mighty empire, those in the House of Lords have grown complacent with the power they had been given by the Royal Family, we give and we take away" Many see this as just another step closer to the Royal Family having absolutely no opposition within the government, however with the current systems in place, nobody can question what the Royal Family does, especially not Emperor Lelouch. CLASSIFIED Soon after the Emperor intervened in the vote of the House of Lords several members were taken into custody by members of the Knights of the Round, a special military group led solely by the Emperor himself. This along with the Emperor taking away power from the House of Lords has sparked an increase in political tension between nobility and the Royal Family.

Britannian Empire News Tonight As the Empire of Britannia has now made an official declaration of existence to the world some people fear for their future. With the overwhelming power the Royal Family holds over all aspects of the country and the current Nobel structure the common people can only look to the Senate to voice their fears and even then only hope the Senate can get the Royal Family to listen.
