Why is there no reference to my nation's literacy rate in my nations standard or extended display?

Thanks Cap'n. Yea, I answered my own question when I clicked on "view nation map" on the page display of the nation selected. Man, do I love this game!

In the "display all nations tab" the world map shows only the top 100 nations but once I have a nation previously displayed or identified how do I locate it on the world map,or any map?

I don't understand "combined resources." The Info Index mentions it but doesn't explain it before showing the list of resources: Standard, Bonus, Moon & Mars. "In most cases the resources can be combined for combined benefits:" How is it determined which combination of resources create the bonus, Moon & Mars resource benefits?

How do we compensate other rulers to induce them to do or not do something? For instance. If I want to induce another ruler to trade resources, how do I pay, induce or compensate him to accept my trade? Similarly, how would I pay, induce or compensate a ruler(s) not to declare war on me?

Hey guys. Newbie here. I heard we can pay other nations to accept a trade offer! Is this correct? If so, How is it done?

Never mind guys, I figured it out. I had to go to Nation rankings & select a nation by strenght. Sorry to bother you. I'm a noob.
