Because of a request I received, I'm going to try and recreate the previous statement I made. Please keep in mind that this won't have any sort of eloquence as it will be mainly just stating the terms and reasoning I typed up before.

My idea previously was $2.75 million for 50 tech; although I don't think I'll be doing this as I'm already full with 3mil agreements, feel free to use my reasoning ...
$2.75 mil instead of $3 mil per deal, with 5 deals equals $1.25 mil saved per 20 days. That comes to essentially a $62,500 boost to your income every day. Multiply by 365, and you come up with an approximate Annual Income boost of just under $23 million per year; not a huge amount in the long run, but on the other hand, 's still not small enough to be disregarded by most.
Note: I am still going to use the $3 mil deal, as I realized that people still get enough long-term deals so as to make it - at this time - an unnecessary precaution. However, if the economy goes crazy, the prices might change and this might be a viable argument once again ..
