The game guide states that Clear enough. But are there any modifiers that affect the above. I ask this because of a current debate we are having elsewhere about how effective SDI is. As an example, during my last war, I was hit repeatedley with Nuclear Missiles, and indeed my SDI only stopped one inbound nuke, however, others have reported far greater success with SDI. The nation I was fighting had approx 1000 more tech than I and presumably this has a bearing on it. Conversely, my opponents SDI stopped four of mine getting through.

There is another issue to this, what about players that use an ISP without static addressing for IP. I run a forum myself and we constantly monitor IP addresses to catch spammers, we often find that specifically AOL users and some others at opposite ends of the country very often post from the same IP address.

Not sure whether this a bug or something obvious I have missed. I have recently changed from red team to green team and am in the process of rehashing all my trades. I have two new green trades now, but I am only getting a team bonus for one of them. The other just reports no team bonus. The trade wasnt conducted in secret.
