Kzivonsia and République du Fleuve[/size][/center]
Article I: By signing this treaty, the nations of Kzivonsia and République du fleuve agree not to engage in any aggression towards each other in any way.
Article II: Should a nation attack either signatory of this treaty, The other signatory is to defend the other. An attack on one signatory is an attack on both. Kzivonsia and République du Fleuve stick together as African Nations.
Article III: Shall it come to the point when one signatory must declare war on a nation, The other signatory is encouraged but not required to enter as an aggressor. This clause is completely optional.
Article IV: Both nations agree to a freedom of trade agreement. Therefore trade is encouraged and promoted between corporations and people of both nations. Tariffs (If existent) are considered null when goods are imported from either signatory.
Article V: If the treaty would need to be cancelled for any reason, there will be a 24 hour “after period,” meaning the treaty will last 24 hours longer after the cause of cancellation is addressed to the public.
