  1. In addition to recording the number of casualties of your nation, there should be a record of how many enemy troops you kill in GAs and nukes.
  2. I also agree with this, navy skews NS way too much as it is.
  3. How about if someone's navy has just been eliminated, you get a 2-3 day grace period to blockade/battle support them, even if they have < 250 land. Also, if your navy is much bigger than your opponents, you can use escorted battle support (similar to escorting bombing runs for aircraft). Finally, your opponent needs a certain number of blockade breaking ships to stop blockades, lets say 5. If they have less than 5 blockade breaking ships you can blockade them. Would any of these suggestions help make navy useful?

  5. Right now navy is pretty much useless. Every time I use it, I only destroy 1-2 enemy vessels. That means after 3 naval attacks I usually destroy 3 vessels. Keep in mind that people can buy 5 per day, that means that people can always replenish their navy which makes it impossible to beat them. I think that we should get more slots, maybe 8-10 per day. To make it fair, the extra slots can only be used for naval attacks, you can only use a blockade once per day per nation (so you don't get blockaded 10 times in a row, lol). What do you guys think?

[/quote] Actually thats not true, Anon/SUN would still have more combined members (77-13=64) than OP/LE (61), but Anon would have much higher ANS. Also, 15 nukes doesnt even begin to compare to 250 nukes, IMO. You can twist any stat however you like based on opinion. As for the blitz advnatage, next time we will let our opponents know 2 days in advance if we will blitz them, maybe even let them blitz us
  9. Alot of people are throwing the "OP/LE have twice as many nukes" stat around, I personally think its misleading. You have to look at the absolute difference too, its only about 15 nukes more. Its like everyone forgot the PLOW war, when G6 had like 300 nukes and PLOW only had about 50. Thats 6 times more nukes but look at the absolute difference, thats about 250 more nukes! I mean holy c%@#, I would rather face 15 more nukes than 250 more. Also I'm pretty sure I've disproved the ANS argument, SUN of course has less ANS but Anon's could have been much higher, possibly higher than OP/LE's prewar ANS.

[/quote] I'm trying to argue that these nations are dead weight bringing Anon's ANS down, I'm not saying they should compete with OP/LE nations. OP could just as easily recruit 13 ghosts at 3NS which would bring our ANS down to Anon's level, thus making the war fair. Its unreasonable to look at Anon's actual ANS with all of their 3NS members.
  11. I just noticed that Anonymous has a lot of nations (13 to be exact) that are under 1K NS. Now these are the nations that have barely built up their nations, 9 of them are still at 3NS. I noticed that some of them are pending members but some of these nations are already full members. I'm too lazy to actually do the calculations but i'm pretty sure these nations are skewing Anonymous's ANS down, meanwhile I don't believe OP has anyone under 1K NS at the moment. Maybe the ANS difference isn't as bad as everyone thinks? I could be wrong but this might be worth looking into. edit: Alright, my curiosity was killing me so I actually did this, Anon's ANS could be boosted right now (keep in mind this is post blitz stats) from 3687 to 4337. Pre blitz the difference might be even greater.
  12. I just had another idea. Remove the casualty requirement, but give +2.5 happiness for every 50K casualties (+.05 happiness per 1000 casualties). This should be capped, maybe at +10 happiness at 200K casualties. Flag chasers could get a serious income boost but would have to literally fight for it.

I think the cost of the National War Memorial should be doubled, the happiness bonus should be doubled to +8 (or maybe more), and the casualty requirement should be increased to 100k or maybe even 150k. Maybe there could even be a requirement that some of the 150k must be from attacking causualties. Maybe this will give some of the flag chasers incentive to fight more. Thoughts?
  14. In TE, I nuked a nation today at 12:00:05. However, when I checked the nation I noticed that my nuke did no damage (this nation had no SDI). I have a screenshot of the nuclear message I sent him. I then bought a second nuke and launched it at him at 12:01:57, even though it was the same update (I think you can only launch one nuke at a certain nation per day). My first nuke somehow failed to work. edit: On the nuclear purchases screen, it says that I only bought one nuke at 12:01:52, but I also bought one right before update, which didnt show up.
