Nobody was in NS range of the 2 man alliance, so defcon 1 would have been pointless. We could have dealt with it as an alliance but you chose to surrender without our consent. The actions of others (re: kicking everyone) I'll agree are dumb but I think this thread ought to be closed before any more damage is done. tl;dr OM was an internal wreck, micros aren't so great at CN politics. /thread

Transparency behind closed doors is nothing more than a wasted effort, you're saying it as though this whole forum isn't just a dirty laundry airing contest... Marcvs is a good guy and I do respect him but he made a poor choice. OM has internal problems, I think that much is clear from surrendering to a 2 man AA. With regards to anything foreboding I guess now would be a good time to say I will be stepping down from my position within OM. I can't be part of an AA that admits defeat so promptly in an easy-win or easy to resolve situation. *This resolves this week's episode of micro drama between micro rulers. Thanks for playing. It absolutely serves FA purpose. Context into a bad decision by a single party - it doesn't and shouldn't represent OM's competency as a whole. It would be foolish to overrule this decision now and renew a war which was completely unnecessary in the first place. Theres nothing wrong with a little transparency. It's a new micro alliance, mistakes are going to be made. We're still shaping our alliance and government.

Not to throw a spanner into the works of the mess that is micro alliance drama - but this surrender wasn't mutually agreed by the other members of the triumvirate at OM. Admitting defeat to a 2 man alliance that we're more than capable of dealing with is a mistake in my opinion. That said for the time being we are willing to stand by Marcvs' decision, even if a little brash, as I respect him as a player and as a person.

Congratulations Nemesis. From start to finish(ignoring that period in the middle where i was away from [b]home[/b] Nemesis has been the most friendly, intriguing alliance i've been associated with. Hopefully next year will bring more of the same. o/ Nemesis!

I wouldn't reccomend, declaring on more than one alliance when your made up of only 12 members...... But there's nothing like stacking the odds against yourself Good luck, lets hope you come out the right end of this.....
