1.
You might be careful about what you accuse people of lest someone of higher aithority take you to task for it. I'd hate for you to trip a mine.
I know the facts and have been in this situation before where Polar prefers to push propaganda instead of facts to smear the public image of others.
I haven't asked anyone to talk to me about anything. I'm not sure why I would. I am, however, aware of what was conveyed to the NpO and when. So, once you are done trying to insult me you can get down to business.
Maybe I should have made it more clear that was directed more at Polar, you just made a nicely structured post to quote from, the bulk of this is directed at Polaris. That "insult" was directed as Polaris and not yourself.
Hmmm, the transcript I have read says otherwise as your representative there made it clear discussion wasn't an option.
Can you quote the sections where it was made clear we weren't interested in discussion? From the logs I can see clearly it says we want to discuss downgrading.. Maybe Polar should have taken the time to communicate with us further to get more details before just dropping the treaty.
Yet, that is what the NpO was informed you were going to do. Downgrade the treaty unilaterally and that there was nothing the NpO could do or say to change that decision. Again, this is from the transcripts I have read. The only option the NpO had was to accept the downgrade or cancel, they rightly chose the latter.
Again, the logs say we wanted to discuss a downgrade, not that we are downgrading and you have no choice in the matter.
Yes, I can see that you are a reasonable man who went into "discussions" with the NpO with an open mind. Such venom and anger, it is as though you had some sort of unsavoury history with the NpO.
I went into the "discussion" knowing this sort of thread would be the end result, Polar jumping at the chance the smear the public image of TIO. Yes I have some unsavoury history with Polaris which has showed me how "valuable" their "friendship" is.
Precisely what influence to you believe I have? All I did was convey what I have read. Full transcripts of the communications between TIO and the NpO covering the time the NpO was informed of your intent to downgrade onwards. But I understand why you prefer to attack me personally rather than what I have said.
You are an influential person, we all know it. I don't like it when people decide to push Polar's propaganda instead of the facts, you chose to partake in said propaganda, what else did you expect?
 2. I don't like joining in on the trolling that the OWF is full of but I can't help it when Polar is pushing their propaganda to try and hide the truth, why else would they be pushing this so hard?
TIO are lying. They came to the NpO claiming a "lack of communication" (that lovely alliance equivalent of "I just want to be friends") a few weeks back. As a result, the NpO stepped up diplomatic communications with TIO to improve things unaware that TIO were already voting on the downgrade. Not voting on discussing a possible downgrade but voting on an actual downgrade. Ironically, without any communication of such to the NpO.
The vote was on was discussing a downgrade, the post in the embassy even says it... So you would rather have our IHC (Emperor) come to you to talk about the treaty before going to his own government? Put your egos back on your pants if you think you are that important.
TIO then came to the NpO weeks later saying that the vote was done and that the downgrade was what they were told to do by their members. Again, no discussion just informing the NpO. When Mergerberger asked why, he was told the vote commenced prior to the NpO being informed there was an issue and therefore their attempts to rectify the situation were completely useless and the TIO were going to downgrade regardless.
My gods, the amount of propaganda here is unbelievable. Our Imperial Commander (Regent) went to Merger to discuss a downgrade that was voted on by government. I have nfi where you got the idea that the members voted on this. Again, Merger was contacted to discuss a downgrade.
At this point the NpO saw the situation as the farce it was. They decided to cancel the treaty as the unilateral downgrade was not done in accordance with the treaty currently held nor was it discussed with the NpO.
Read above, why should our IHC go to Polar first to discuss the treaty instead of his own government? That makes absolutely no sense at all. Again, discuss a downgrade, not tell Polaris we are downgrading the treaty. I don't know where you got the idea we decided to downgrade the treaty without any discussion. One side can't just downgrade a treaty on its own, that makes about as much sense as all the propaganda by Polaris in this thread.
The only reason TIO is annoyed is that Polar cancelled on them as opposed to TIO announcing a downgrade. The downgrade was a "done deal" as far as TIO was concerned, they just didn't realise that they cannot unilaterally alter an agreement like that much less with no discussion at all with the other party to their current treaty.
Read above, you can't just downgrade a treaty without discussion with the other side. It makes no sense at all.
You are right, TIO got what they wanted by not having to defend Polar but they missed out on the backslapping downgrade thread they had envisioned.
After seeing the crap Polar is posting in this thread I'm glad I don't have to be their meat shield, it sickens me the level of propaganda they are spewing to push their lies. We weren't going to post anything on the OWF if Polar decided to downgrade or cancel, but Polar was more interested in canceling the treaty and spinning it so hard to try and make TIO look like the Nazis. It's disappointing Polaris can't play nice with anyone, it used to be such an awesome alliance, but not anymore, its not surprising people want to roll them over and over again. You disappoint me Tyga, using your influence in CN to brainwash people with Polar's propaganda.
 3.
Congrats Sparta you're officially the first Bandwagoners of this war. To be expected from a !@#$%* and degenerate of an alliance.
CSN beat Sparta to be the first bandwagoners.

 5.
Because outside of military organization and individual nation preparation, "military skill" is a !@#$@#$ joke. Seriously, war in this universe boils down to chance and the universally accepted means individuals use to sway chance in their favor. At the end of the day what that means is a noob with a decent war guide can be just as competent at air and ground battles as a battle-scarred veteran who has served in every major war.
Agreed. For the most part war is chance, you can have 80% odds in your favour and still lose, 50% more aircraft and still lose, gogo chance! The level of organisation in Polaris during the WotC was incredible to say the least, the amount of crap during the lead up, the war and the aftermath took some serious skill to execute properly. As for fighting capability, hard to put up a fight when you are being hit by nations bigger than you with nukes. Although towards the end the bandwagoners sucked hard, like TGE for example, I hit one of their guys so hard he wanted to surrender. Polaris has and always will be a excellent fighting machine. Even if most people have had little to no experience fighting a war there are plenty of seasoned veterans in the alliance that help the newbies understand the system and fight more effectively.
 6.
I would assume by his age and size that he's never cracked a book. Attacking another alliance is also a consequence of said ignorance. That's all there is to it, nothing more.
We reserve the right to defend a member that has been attacked. That said NATO gov has been contacted but with no reply.
 7. I am a man of few words. Big thanks to UINE for the protectorate. It feels good to get the wheels in motion here and moving on to a long and prosperous future on Planet Bob. o/ UINE o/ CF
 8.
Hail Emperor Random! Hail Imperator Emeritus Penguin! Also congrats Grub Let me paint you a picture of what happened: 1. Grumpdogg decided to make his own alliance. 2. While still an acting member of Polar's government, Grumpdogg gave invitations to join his new alliance to select members of Polar's government and middle management without bothering to inform the government as a whole about his plans. 3. When the government as a whole found out, and asked, about said invitations, Grumpdogg, and the people he had recruited thus far, bolted from Polar without offering much in the way of an explanation or apology. It is also not made clear if, had he remained undiscovered, Grumpdogg would have continued to secretly recruit more people from within Polar, though my impression is that he would have. Where I come from such behavior is, at the very least, disingenuous, rude and criminally irresponsible. If such behavior is tolerable in your alliance, then I have to sincerely question the quality of your alliance and the intelligence of your leadership.
I was going to leave this thread but the amount of incorrect information being posted by Polaris amazes me, it truly does. Yes we talked about creating a new alliance while actively serving Polaris, we did our jobs and apparently that means nothing at all. Take a look at our alliance right now, theres not much to it so its pretty obvious we didn't do much more than talk about it. The only people that knew about this all felt the same way about the direction Polaris was heading, of those people one is still actively serving in Council. I know Llanowar Elf has told you otherwise but he was actively part of this, leaving Polaris to create a new alliance, even willing to drop out half way through his term to start it. Grumpdogg gave notice that he intended on leaving, and before anyone else had a chance to give notice Dajobo lost the plot. Grumpdogg gets demasked without warning, another person gets demasked without warning, several others including myself get masked down to member and are given the option, stay & don't leave or leave right now. We were forced out by Dajobo, there was no way he was going to let us serve out our terms in council or let us fill anyone properly on whats happening. Secretly recruiting? We are all close friends who come from a close knit gaming community, there is life outside of Polaris. We haven't secretly invited anyone. If anyone wants to join AA then that is their choice, we know better than recruiting from an alliance. So Fallen and the rest of old group of Polaris gov, please stop putting such a huge spin on things. We left for multiple reason, if anyone wants to talk about said reasons (especially Polars) you can find us #crimsonfists & #polaris. Hopefully we can mend the damage done at least to a better level from having only 1 side of the story being passed around.
 9.
What have we, the New Polar Order, done? Or are you mistaking the New Polar Order (NpO) for the New Pacific Order (NPO)?
Nah he does mean us. NpO have an active war against a confirmed ARES ghost.
 10. I like the smell of fail in the morning. You left the New Polar Order to join Christian Coalition of Countries, now you leave them to create the New Christian Order. Like seriously, serious lack of imagination and creativity. I wonder if anything else was copied from NpO/CCC to fill in the gaps.

 12. You keep saying you have tried to make contact with an admin but obviously you havent, you do know Coldfront has forums too... Not that hard to register and PM someone, im sure you can ban evade on there easier than on IRC. Or you could just reroll again and try to join Polaris under what, your 5th name?
 13. Ive seen fail before but this is on a new level...
