1.
NS of Athens when we declared: 5,495,000 NS of alliances we declared on: 6,656,000 (including the ~200k ns of Gondor nations that went to tLW) Add about 1,000,000 from these guys. NS of UPN when they declared: 4,279,000 NS of alliances you declared on: 4,644,000
You missed out CMEA, RnR and GOD...
Now you could say "but we're fighting CMEA, RnR, and GOD!"
You're one step ahead!
but then again, it's not like we didn't want/expect alliances to DoW us.
And yet, they haven't. You need to fire your fortune teller.
Like Rush said though, It's about helping allies. Athens is not directly tied to the CB, we're just honoring treaties
You ignored my ODN-MCXA example. You're honouring the treaties that involve attacking the weak alliances but not the stronger ones.
 2. To suggest the first example that pops into my head, why haven't you honoured your mutual aggression pact with ODN and attacked MCXA? Or were the micro-alliances the 'problem that they needed dealing with', as opposed to one of the most powerful on the battlefield? ...and if that actually is the case, then you must have a pretty weak war department, if ODN know to give you all of the smaller targets.
 3.
Says a member of the alliance, who 24 hours after a declaration of war in defense of their friends, had managed a whopping 19 wars. Shut up. Just stop.
And what does that have to do with your alliance's cowardice? At least we're actually fighting alliances of more proportional significance.
 4.
Well this treaty took a while to come into effect.
I'm sure Athens were struggling enough with TCU, tLW and FAR before getting involved with these two giants. A bold move Athens; putting all that infra at risk for your friends!
 5. This thread looks so lonely, in a sea of DoWs. Congrats on the new gov.
 6.
but what I do know is that this is the most fun I've had here in years. Thanks everyone.
Hear, hear!
 7.
England offers to supply TopGear with all its power needs from under water cables from Liverpool, Blackpool and Morecombe. By doing this it will allow for more urban building and will help create an eco friendly Top Gear with more space for social and economic development. Moreover, Mr Cameron, Prime Minister, offically invites The Stig to a diplomatic meeting to discuss the improvement of mutual relations.
"The offer is greatly appreciated, however Top Gear is currently producing over twice as much energy as it actually needs, so on the contrary we are looking to sell electricity rather than purchase it. Nevertheless your invitation to establish diplomatic relations is enthusiastically accepted. I shall endeavour to reach England by tomorrow."
We have heard a number of rumors about Mr. Stig, including one that the only things he eats are treacle and walnuts and that he has to wear his underwear backwards on doctors' orders. Is there any truth to these rumors?
The Prime Minister has refused to comment on these rumours.

Map of Top Gear showing the distribution of industry, illustrated by emissions. Two weeks since the Prime Minister's last address, another press conference was held today by TheStig in the capital. He finalised a date for the first general election, being set four weeks from the day of his speech. Furthermore, he announced the creation of various nationalised companies, such as TG Motors, who are now the largest employer in the country. This is a result of his previous emphasis on the expansion of industry and the working class. Almost 40,000 people are employed by the firm, which is roughly 18% of the country's entire working population. Pre-existing factories on the island were transformed by the company for their use, and several new buildings have been established. Another sector which has expanded at an unprecedented level is the power industry. Four new power plants are under construction in various areas of the country, with a fifth having opened in Koenigsegg earlier in the week. Power plant in Koenigsegg during sunset. The new plant is the city's third, with the entire country now outputting almost twice as much electricity as it actually consumes. Much to the Prime Minister's delight, much of the spare power is in the process of being sold to neighbouring countries. Nevertheless the vast industrial expansion that has occurred for the past months has been protested heavily by numerous environmental pressure groups, all outraged at the incredible levels of pollution being omitted from the nation. In regards to the protesters, the Prime Minister has refused to comment. In other news, immigration has almost doubled since the beginning of the country's existence. Coupled with a very high birth rate, the population is increasing at an average of 280 people every day.
 9. Political map of Top Gear, also portraying the distribution of the 310,000 people that inhabit the island. Two weeks into Top Gear's existence Mr. Stig held a press conference to address the nation on their government's progress. Amongst other things the Prime Minister announced both the further increase of military funding, including the construction of comprehensive coastal defences, and also the unanimous decision to postpone the nation's first general election by another four weeks at least. Both of these announcements were pinpointed and heavily criticised by the media and political commentators. Notably the premier's decision to postpone the general election instigated a backlash from the public, and despite various medium-sized protests and numerous interrogations from media representatives, the Prime Minister has refused and/or avoided commenting on the subject since the conference. A date is yet to be set for the election despite it being moved forward. Completed coastal defences which would protect the island from invasion. These are to be constructed at most edges of the nation. Prime Minister Stig has been criticised for 'wasting' taxes on these allegedly unnecessary defences. Militarily the Prime Minister has decided to increase military funding by a further 4%, particularly to fuel the creation of various new coastal defences ready to defend the island from a potential future invasion. This decision also received heavy criticism, with many suggesting the government should focus on avoiding the potential for invasion (i.e. diplomacy) instead of using tremendous amounts of money on preparing for one. The leader of the opposition, Jeremy Clarkson of the Conversative Party, has criticised Mr. Stig for this move and others outlined in the conference overall. He was particularly critical of his decision to postpone the election, suggesting the Prime Minister is 'scared' and 'selfish', accusing him of compromising democracy for personal benefit. Outside of the conference and onto more economical matters, the PM has placed stress on the need to expand the nation industrially. As leader of the Social Democrats, TheStig feels the need to emphasise and build the economy through left-wing concepts, emphasising the expansion of the working class.
 10. Top Gear Houses of Parliament Following numerous public addresses from Prime Minister Stig during the initial days of the nation's creation, the first government of the new nation was correctly established, with both the incumbent cabinet (leader TheStig and deputy Richard Hammond) and shadow cabinet (leader Jeremy Clarkson and deputy James May) in place. Mr. Stig pledged that before the end of the month a general election would be held to verify or replace the current, provisional government. Top Gear consists of a predominantly working class citizenship, mostly natives of the island however subject to vast expansion due to the establishment of the new nation there. Home to over 310,000 people, the small island is extremely tight for space. Yesterday the government dispatched huge sums of grants, totalling at over half a billion pounds, to industries to establish themselves in Top Gear increasing employment, and to residential companies to focus on building up to compensate for the lack of space. Top Gear's capital was to be placed on a coast, and was selected based on where the most infrastructure already existed. Focus was placed on expansion of existing buildings, rather than starting from scratch. With the creation of extra space, new citizens were able to find permanent residence in the country. Skyscraper construction in BBC Two Fundamental systems such as schools, roads, hospitals and train networks already existed, and although some were scheduled for constructive improvement the government was reluctant to inject significant funding into fixing something that isn't broken. One venture that the Prime Minister did wish to explore however, was the creation of both an airport and a major port, to expand transport opportunities for the city and to encourage trade. Militarily, organisation of troops is beginning. Plans into forming a navy in the coming years are being drawn up, as with an air force. Currently the Top Gear military stands at a huge 167,000 soldiers, a tremendous figure considering the size of the country. Military bases original built and held by J Andres during their occupation of the island are being inhabited by the military and utilised to begin forming a stable armed force. Former Military Base that will be re-furbished and re-used by TG Forces Over the coming weeks and months, and following a crucial general election to truly establish the nation as a democracy, Top Gear will continue to develop into a civilised nation.
 11.
Their empty military bases and barracks were turned over to Top Gear.
Gearian troops immediately began occupying the vacated buildings.
"[...] Though we are still taken aback by the fact that you have moved to the Northern Hemisphere from the South, we still wish you prosperity and peace in your future."
"Only our leaders and significant citizens have made this transition. The majority of the people are natives to the island of British ethnictity."
 12. Please mark the Isle of Man as Top Gear. Dark grey please and thank you. http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=92294
 13. A plain figure emerged. Dressed in overalls without emotion, without even a face. "Once a great nation ruled across the Antarctic. Soon its followers migrated their society and their ideals to new lands in South America. Long ago that nation collapsed. Today, it returns." 14.
Orange is far from unified.
Total unity on any sphere is impossible, in my opinion. However their efforts to get as close as possible to it are much better than most.
 15. Successful colour unity is always nice to see, for a change.
