There's penalty enough for losing 10 days of collection. 30 days of bills with 0 days of collection? To pay of 250m in bills, I would have to sell 1,600,000 infra levels. Might as well delete with a hole like that.

To me it would be. These same guys set the standard just earlier this year that spying is NOT, in fact, CB. But hey, the double standard is nothing new. MK enforced ZI on another alliance for spying, what, a week before the Karma War? Its okay to be wrong.
