Allrighty, let me try to put a stick into this pointless thread. The game limits are $3mm and 50 tech per aid slot every ten days. There's no negotiating. We all do deal at the game limits. Getting deals done is not a market clearing function because there is a massive imbalance between the number of buyers and sellers, so the clearing price is perpetually locked at the game limits. Contact me or the other Econ Ministers to arrange deals. All noobs have to do is ask and deliver on deadline and we will flood you with cash to accelerate your ability to grow your nation strength. -hf
