As stated above, if you attack me then offer peace, you will be attacked in return then I will offer peace. If I am getting my posterior handed to me I will just accept the peace without attacking first, you should do likewise.

I dropped a nuke, 3 so far to be exact. I also warned to stop it and gave plenty time for a peaceful resolution which was ignored. And just another hint: CM's and air, and THEN a peace offer is not the way to do it if you are looking for a peaceful resolution when your nation is being destroyed. P.S. Another nuke is being loaded on the platform for reset, so take the offered peace, everyone, and let's move on.

Lafayette Escadrille as a matter of constitution has no treaties of any sort. Many friends, all of which we like to battle against as well as with. Personally, given my druthers, we would have been left alone to battle OP and it would have been a long war, but not one which we would have retired from. We have beaten alliances 2 or 3 times our size before, even when blitzed, so it is not without precedence. Regardless, all of my OP foes have fought well, and it has been a good war! Let the Games continue!
