I'd have let you guys attack me if I knew you would, but judging from last time, I figured you'd get an ally to do it for you. I was sorely disappointed when I was attacked by NEW and not VA. By the way, you had WRC nations in range then, too.

Yeah they're helping me, but it's more me wanting to give tech to my friends on my way down than let it get destroyed. I'm sending aid to some, others get to raid it from me. It's a common tactic of people who quit the game. Try it.

What are these "facts" you're talking about? Everything is pretty much out in the open when it comes to Penkala. Unless you are trying to grand stand, which is very likely judging from my history of dealing with you. We accepted peace two days ago and have been trying to finalize it, while your side has been relaying information back and forth between 20 people instead of talking to us all at once. We can't even get an answer on a ceasefire while we negotiate, much less a single term. Our side has nothing to do with this war continuing.
