1. For a second I was really excited, but then I was just disappoint.
 2. I think the real question is who wouldn't want to nuke Invicta given the chance.
 3.
By saying that none of the alliances are required to make use of term 2 it means that Polar can simply refuse VE's invoking of term 2. Both alliances would have to accept the deal.
Yes that would seem to be the idea behind the term, but I could definitely see a case being made for only one alliance being needed to want a tech deal. There is no explicit right of refusal in #2, just the optional clause. All I'm really saying here is that the wording could have been better.
 4.
How does it get any less ambiguous than saying the aid deals are not required? I know you really want to find a reason to complain about these terms, but you should come up with something better.
Well first, it doesn't say aid deals are not required, it says that none of the alliances are required to make use of Term 2. I could imagine a situation where VE "makes use" of term 2 even though NpO didn't want to tech deal with them. Also, I only complain about terms that have something to complain about in them, hence my statement in regards to Impero's post where he lays everything out in a much more clear manner.
 5.
Yes. There are no reps or forced tech deals, only a 1 month prohibition on sending or receiving aid, save the exceptions, one of which allows them to tech deal with the victorious alliances if they so choose. Article 1 states that it qualifies the exceptions in Article 2, and is therefore their duration. Otherwise (i.e. if they don't choose to take advantage of the exceptions in Art. 2), the terms are only a blanket prohibition on aid for 1 month, and no reentry.
Not the best terms, but certainly not the worst either. I can respect this.
 6.
Yes.
K, just making sure. The wording of it all is pretty ambiguous in that just because neither is required to tech deal doesn't mean that NpO can't be forced to by Ve et all invoking term 2.
 7.
What are you talking about? It ends when the no aid clause ends and the tech deals are completely voluntary, not mandatory.
So the NpO are allowed to refuse to do tech deals with VE et all?
 8. I'm confused. Are there reps or not? From the looks of it the "Victorious Alliances" can basically just say send me tech whenever they want to. Also, there is no apparent end to that section of the terms either.
 9. Wait so why did you have to apologize about something from BiPolar?
 10.
I'll just leave this here.
I hear that that quote happened after CD got peace.
 11. Also, why exactly are DH complaining about shady e-lawyering again? Did you or did you not just attack NPO under little to no CB? You can't suddenly have normal CN conventions on our side when you won't follow them yourself.
 12.
Vice versa So, NSO can decide when it recognize an attack as a war, but DH can't? I thought that the entire meaning of the oh so famous Moldavi Doctrine was that it's any alliance's right to decide over these matters themselves? So, the case here is that we first recognized your attack on GOONS as an attack on the entire DH. Then after this you delayed your response to after CD was out of terms. To use the good old pre-school logic: We did it first, so we are right. Therefore, according to NSO logic, your attack on GOONS was an attack on us all.
Well first, the Moldavi Doctrine is really not about recognizing DoWs or anything, just that alliances have the right to do what they want, in essence. That does not mean that what they do is right, however. Anyways, extending your logic further, since DH and NSO are both allowed to interpret attacks different ways, can't CD do the same thing?
 13.
Thank you for invalidating your own argument. If you agree to this logic, then your attack on GOONS was in fact an attack on us all, therefore making it impossible for CD to counter attack without breaking terms Again, thanks!
Darn, foiled again! You make me sad with your logic in CN. Take two, just because DH thinks that attacking one of them is attacking all of them, that doesn't make it so. With Umbrella attacking NSO after CD peace terms we had a de facto DoW blah blah blah. CD was now allowed to enter the war, but the terms did not state that they had to attack the same alliance who attacked after terms, so CD went after MK.
 14. I got this yo. Regardless of whether MK's attacks on WC counted as a DoW, no one from Umbrella actually attacked NSO until after CD peaced out. Thus, the de facto state of war between Umbrella and NSO allowed for CD's entry into the war. Obviously, since CD is more suited to fighting MK rather than Umbrella they declared on them since even Doomhouse acknowledges that by attacking one of them you attack all. Goddamn, I should get paid to do this !@#$.
 15.
W/e you have to tell yourself to keep ice in your veins, hate in your heart, blood in your eyes!
I don't have to tell myself that, I just do it naturally.
