according to this thread, http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=72915, gabryal is willingly violating the ToS by operating to accounts, one that he created, and one he had his wife create on a different IP address. I am not sure as to the validity of the claim, however i figured you would want to look into it all the same b/c its a pretty clear violation of the rules.
