Less than 12 hours ago, I received confirmation from military officials that British territory has succumbed to invasion from a pathetic force controlled by the Kuwaiti Emirate. This unjust and unnecessary massacre was conducted brutally, many men have died over the past day. After a short meeting with my government ministers, the conclusion was obvious. We have no choice but to recognise a state of war with the Kuwaiti Emirate."

"Necessary precautions have been made. Thankfully, we have completed foritifcations along the border prior to this attack, so we are not heavily unprepared. Our forces world wide were mobilised weeks ago, so we are ready to respond to this attack. However thing that you, the people of the world will notice quite prominently relatively soon. In retaliation, the British have literally within the past few minutes launched a successful nuclear attack via aeroplane on a small city 11 miles from the Kuwait-Indian border. The warhead used caused mass devastation however the damages of which are currently unclear. What is good news for us is, the weapon used was minor, compared to the rest of our arsenal. This only further demonstrates the power we possess.

OOC: Just to summarise, I have recognised a state of war with the Emirate, will continue to push them back away from Africa, launched a nuclear warhead at a small city on the Indian border to demonstrate our power, and threaten to use them on every major city and launch a full invasion unless Kuwait surrenders. For now, no troops are invading the territory, merely mobilising and forcing any invaders back with our comprehensive defence. Have fun.

I used a nuclear weapon for a damn good reason. The city itself was mere miles from the Indian border, and if there is no military there then invading them would be easier than I anticipated. As for the amount of people killed, it was a sparsely populated city. The Emirate killed THOUSANDS of our innocent men for an unjust cause. I believe the saying is; an eye for an eye.

After looking over the evidance we have noticed that the dead soldiers were killed whilst on the move and in defensive positions. This goes along with the information that Kuwati troops were moving into Great Northern Africa to quell the anarchy there. It is obvious to us that two nations attempted to claim the same territory at the same time. So we shall leave it at that though the fact the British Empire nuked a random city for the means of showing power sickens us.

A ten man spetnaz team is being prepared to fly to the contested territory for the purpose of reconnaissance. they will capture footage of Kuwati and British forces and equipmnt in action and if possible recover any pieces of equipment they can find.

I am almost 100% ceratin that some of the photos would show some dead bodies that had been killed in cover and some that didn't. You never stated what the photos showed so I just had to guess. Therefore it was easy for me to guess that some had been killed by surprise and others were killed after the shock of the surprise was over.
