I wish to invite you to Vladivostok to discuss some important issues affecting both our countries.

President Li Jeng

Lynneth
OOC: ERP.

Stop forgetting that, people.
Sargun
OOC: Stop remembering ERP, more like.

Apologies to all who take my comment a bit too seriously. I am simply pointing out that nobody has the right to tell someone else what to label their threads and I understand how confusing my sentence was worded. It makes more sense to me as I am the one who wrote it.

It is a convenient privilege, not a right. awesome.gif

Look, if you're that bothered about it, quit playing.

IC: King Harold rushed to his plane and departed immediately.

*Skip a few hours. biggrin.gif*

The plane landed in Vladivostok and the King stepped out to meet with the President. Good morning mister President.

"Good morning your majesty. Welcome to Northasia. What would you like to discuss?"

"Well, even though you invited me... [OOC]tongue.gif[/OOC] I believe we both know why we are here. Our Empires have been close for many months now, and considering the global situation at present, I feel we need to get drafting a treaty immediately, if we intend to remain organised throughout the coming months."
Curristan
"Ah, i feel that when i have these sort of meetings i like to ask the guest what they want to talk about. What clauses or points do you want in the treaty?"
TheStig
I would probably say Mutual Defence, at the least. That and the obvious economic and political co-operation. What are your views on this?
Curristan
"I think because of the current climate. A mutual defence pact would suit both our nations. It will also allow co-operation on the ground if war comes."

"Excellent. Do you happen to have a blank draft of the treaty in question?"
Subtleknifewielder
OOC: Just make sure nuclear weapons aren't used indiscriminately this time, OK? tongue.gif This will be my only post in this thread.

Oh, and it would be helpful if people would remember to label ERP threads... wink.gif
TheStig
"Never mind, it appears I've brought a draft with me."

This treaty is not yet in effect. A closer look at the description of Prime Minister does not give Putin the right to sign this document into ratification. Also, after it is signed by the President, the Parliaments of both Unionized republics must ratify the treaty before it is in complete effect.
