DECREE OF THE LEGISLATIVE YUAN OF THE PROGRESSIVE DIRECTORATE OF CHINA
CODE
The Progressive Directorate of China's ruling coalition has decided in a joint session of the legislative Yuan today that the PDC's best chance of unpunctuated development would be diplomatic semi-isolationism. For that reason, the PDC would like to announce that the MDP with SST and the MDP with Michuraza has been canceled, although renegotiation for trade agreements is certainly amenable.
The PDC will also be announcing a pacifist policy, and will not involve itself in unnecessary wars. Reflecting our flag, we do assure any potential aggressor that military action against the Progressive Directorate of China will result in swift retaliatory action.
We will also announce our nuclear non-first-strike policy, which is slightly different from other nation's policy. Our policy attests that we will not launch any nuclear weapons without provacation.
With that, all military involvement overseas by the PDC will also end.
