A telegram arrives to the President of Mozambique with a simple request from Greece, it read
Sir: It has come to our attention that in the event of a military conflict in the Greco-African Theatre, Greece is not fully prepared to protect the Confederacy. Therefore we request that you lease us military bases and lands inside of the Confederacy so that a proper base of operations for the theatre can be created and maintained.

The Greek Government pledges to the Confederacy that the National Park shall not be harmed and that in fact the environment shall be preserved by the Greeks using it"
