I am/was part of this alliance and wanted to share with everyone my expirience with this clan. This is the first alliance that I've been in that uses threats and attacks to get their members to be active in their forums. I am currently being attacked by my "division leader" because I choose not to participate in the forums. I have been playing this game for years and is the second nation I've had to abandon because of childish people. I've never asked my alliance members for anything, I've never asked for or accepted aide.

Congrats, you're subject to a fairly standard practice known as "ghost-busting". Alliances often don't consider nations to be in their alliance unless they do the things that are demanded of them (ie not joining the forums is the most common). Attacking them is a way of telling them to get out, as I'm sure you've probably received messages in game about
That said, you don't have to abandon your current nation just because the one you're on got attacked...

You joined a alliance and you have your duty's.
Fight back, take your lumps and move on, next time dont ghost !
^Is the truth, in my opinion anyone who fails to fight for their alliance or be active deserves to be purged.
