Alright, all this Halloween stuff has made me reminisce about the time Blue had penguins and polar bears wrestling around. I know GR still does da bear but when is somebody from the arctic going to finally remake NAAC?!?!? Think of the fun!

resurrecting dead alliances almost never ends well

Oh Admin forbid.
Remember when someone tried remaking CIS? While NAAC was slightly cooler anyway, it is still the same concept.
Or you know that and are trolling. >_<

The NAAC retroactively merged with Polar, why do you think Grub is now Emperor. That was a condition of the merger.

CIS and Nordreich are the only others I can truly think of who reformed under the same banner.

It's been too long. The former members are too diversely spread among other alliances. It would disrupt the alliance of current members, tarnish the memory of the NAAC, and has too much baggage to move foward.
In short, let the NAAC rest in peace.

Like Drai said, I null-voted as I'd be too embarrassed to say which I voted for, however, I can tell you Modus that it has been discussed several times on and off the CN forums, and the answer is pretty much the same.
There are some who consider actually doing it, a ton who miss it, and a majority that do not wish to see it return and tarnish the good name that it originally held.

Nordreich II has been very quiet since it returned. The cynics believe it is only a matter of time before they do something and get into strife.

On a long enough time chart, the probability of any alliance getting into strife approaches 1.

As I once remarked elsewhere with respect to Bob's opinion of Nordreich, he can suck it. I have not had occasion to alter that point of view.
