Preamble
The signatories of PWN and PWNAGE recognize the importance of a unified and stable Pink Team. This treaty brings the signatory alliances together to pursue an improved Pink Sphere through economic cooperation and prosperity.

Article 1 - Trades and Economics
The signatories shall be open to trading, tech dealing, donation dealing, and all other forms of economic cooperation with all signatories of both PWNAGE and PWN. The signatories shall work with all signatories on the PWN forums to enrich the Pink Sphere.

Article 2 - Structure
The signatories recognize that they are not members of PWN, but are economic partners to the signatories of PWNAGE and PWN. Signatory alliances are not required to support PWN signatory alliances in any militaristic, diplomatic, or financial actions. However, they are afforded the option to do so with the approval of PWN signatories.

Article 3 - Aggression
In no way is this agreement a non-aggression pact, nor is it defensive. Diplomatic avenues are of course encouraged for the resolution of any conflicts.

Article 4 - Promotion
Should members of PWN wish to give membership to any signatory alliance into PWN, they may do so. Likewise, should signatory alliances wish for membership into PWN, they may apply for membership following a 6 week tenure in PWNAGE.

Article 5 - Cancellation
Should any signatory of PWNAGE drop below 25% pink and make no visible effort to rectify the situation, said signatory will be expelled from PWNAGE by the signatories of PWN. If any signatory alliance wishes to remove themselves from this agreement, they may do so.

Say what ?! You do realise this is a serious offend you did there KX , You do NOT sign things on my behalf , and you are NOT a member of our Royal Centurion Court since you left us . (edited for moral purposes^^)

Or maybe it was an honest mistake that used an old sig? For an alliance that can't even be bothered to show up you sure are testy.

First , i was never told anything so why should i show up(i know im not very active when it comes to FA atm , but we are still trying to solve internal issues ) randomly for no reason and hope being lucky enough to be there for something?
Second, honest mistake ? Since none in TCB signed why add the TCB there ? Second , why add KX as it was added below Bel Air signed. It seems like one huge Honest mistake if you ask me , and after all the Negative things KX said about TCB in these forums it wouldnt surprise me this to be one of those Denigrating moves towards TCB.

EDIT: And also, i think it's pretty normal for me to see an offense into this . A treaty in the open forum is actually making ME look like a buffoon .

So... is TCB not a signatory to PWNAGE then?

It is commonplace in most bloc announcements to use signatures that are on file. Some times those signatures are outdated, and it is up to the individual alliances to provide updates sigs.

At least, that's the way it has worked in blocs I've been in, or are you not a member of this bloc?

Yes i'm but i didn't know that and i still take it as an offense of naming the wrong King mainly since i'm the King of TCB . Also , they could at least read what they're copy-pasting , KX + TCB = Past . And again , my reaction was also because i felt like this was one of those many denigrating moves made by KX towards TCB. ( i don't hate him but for some reason he Hates us )

As someone who was allied to TCB for a long time, I know it's virtually impossible to get in touch with you guys. Did anyone reach out and provide the stewards of PWNAGE with your updated sigs?

I think maybe you're reading too much into it. Usually when someone new is added to a bloc the other alliances keep their old signatures and they just add on the signature of the new alliance. I'm sure you could have you signature changed though, if you asked.

But you weren't the King of TCB when the treaty was signed, so I expect unless you asked to update the signature on it, no one felt the need to change it. It seems a stretch to see this as a malicious act, especially one by King Xander.

I know myself it is . While tbh, there is one way to communicate with us which cannot fail and that is: pm'ing any of our govt members through CN or on our Boards, im very active on our boards and have yet to become an active IRC user . So i know our flaws . And sorry if i overreacted but like i said , KX hasn't been friendly towards us on the boards lately (he never said anything positive and always has to point out every single flaw he could find about us). And having someone named as our King who likes to critisize us in public when he can , ye well , i took that as an offense

But I ask again, did you ever provide PWNAGE with updated sigs?

I suggest you chalk this up to a mistake on both ends, and look at it as an opportunity to learn a lesson.

Well as im pretty new into politics , no i didn't and i will do that. But it kinda surprised me KX was stille named as King while he left a long time ago (i'm the second King after his departure) .

Well, I am glad this got sorted.

I apologize for the mistake TCB, I was using the treaty and the signatures that we had on file. If you wan to update your signatures, shoot me a PM, and I'll add them into the announcement. This was by no means an attempt to slur TCB, I have tons of respect for our PWNAGE allies, however you guys haven't given us any updated signatures.

Not to throw more fire on this but I invited TCB to the new PWN forums before the Rage Co announcement. These where also the same sigs used on that announcement. I also linked TCB to the Rage Co announcement on their forums.

I have asked you guys to come down to the forums and be a part of PWNAGE and have been met with little action. Everyone else is on there except TCB. Maybe thats what you guys need is a little public berating to get going. I thought the slew of treaty cancels would do it but guess not.

Actually, you're the fifth King since I left in April.

I don't think it counts since (three?) of them deleted for inactivity. They no longer exist, so they weren't king

They still existed at one time as Kings, so they would indeed count. The past doesn't go away just because people disappear.

On a personal note: TCB, try stopping by sometime and keeping your old pals updated on your affairs if you're so offended by us using the old signature. Really! It takes hardly anytime whatsoever.

The first page was quite enjoyable, I must say.

Heh, TCB didn't even post when they were getting bumped down into PWNAGE. Surprised to see they noticed this move. Also, if you complain about signatures, try getting active and on-board with the rest of your bloc.

I for one welcome our new Pink comrades.

According to the ICE accords, I'm still the Triumvir of the Aquatic Brotherhood. Treaties have sigs from the time of ratification; it's silly to think that they'd be constantly updated.

Since KX is the person that signed the treaty for TCB it would make sense that his signature is the one that is still on it. I was unaware that signatures magically changed when the alliance leadership changed.

Pretty much this. For history's sake, bloc treaties should keep the old signatures on as long as those alliances are still members.

Well if they cared so much, they could withdraw, and then rejoin with their new flashy signatures.

It's actually just smarter, and easier, to have the signatures updated than going through that process.

You go through PWNAGE to get into PWN, so if they were downgraded, they are pretty much still in the same treaty frame. So if they downgraded it is acceptable to have old signature, and if they care so much, then they should have gave new signatures when they were downgraded like a month back, instead of now.
