Mutual Defence optional Aggresion Pact




I Hereby Announce this MDoAP Between JE and \m/.

Preamble:
The Friendship between Jerkin Empire (Hereby known as JE), and \m/ have grown in the recent weeks.

I. Friendship:
\m/, and JE agree not to attack each other.
Members of all sides agree to be friendly and respectful towards each other at all times, and to keep any verbal conflict out of the public eye.
All parties agree to forward any credible information they receive that indicates a possible threat to the other signatory.

II. Support:
JE, and \m/ agree to offer each other diplomatic and military aid as they feel necessary.

III. Mutual Defense:
An attack on one signatory is to be considered an attack on the other.
JE, and \m/ should be ready to assist in the defense of the party under attack within 48 hours.

IV. Optional Aggression:
Should \m/, or JE engage in an offensive war against a third party, and the other signatory finds the cause to be just, they too may aid in the offensive.
This assistance is encouraged, but not mandatory.

V. Cancellation:
Should any signatory wish to withdraw from this agreement, they must give 72 hour notice before making a public announcement.

The difference is that my mistake was in trusting one person, who up to that point had been 100% reliable. Marcus just goes around blabbing to anyone who will listen.

Relax, if I wanted to use this as a CB it would have been very easy. You may not realize it but I did you a favor by allowing you to address the OP membership and offer an explanation. We were already made well aware of it. If we choose to attack someone over plotting against us, trust me, we won't message them first on the OWF. This is mainly a message to those plotting against us (the are several others) that we have eyes in the back of our heads.

If I am not mistaken, I was able to get Echo and thus TPF to declare a truce last round with three nations. I believe I can successfully destroy anyone, even if I have to do it myself. (Thank admin for alliances.)

since it seems many seem to be intentionally (because seriously, it is not that hard to understand this phrase) misunderstanding/misrepresenting this quote i will clarify it:

"Seriously, I didn't say this, and I never will; I like OP." or another way it could be said is simply "Seriously, I didn't say this and I never will. I like OP."

the portion that seems to be intentionally misrepresented is the "and i never will i like OP" portion. but in all honestly, after reading the first part, one cannot truly state that they think that Marcus meant the last part to read, "i don't like OP". if you can honestly state you truly thought that is what was means................... i honestly hope that english is your second language................
