On April 2nd, I was warned for a flame here: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?s...p;#entry1381126 . Obviously, it was a pretty blatant violation, and ultimately wasn't worth my time to commit. I know what I did wrong, and have tried to do a better job of acquainting myself with the subtleties of that particular rule.

At this time I'll request that my warn level be reduced.

You waited the bare minimum of time to request a warn reduction after your last warn, coupled with your warn history, your request has been denied. You may request a warn reduction again after a minimum of one month from now, but hopefully longer, of continued forum activity without any warns.
