Preamble: The founders of Triton issue the following document as proof of dedication in becoming a respected alliance within Cyber Nations.
Article I: Admission
A] Any nation wholeheartedly pledges their loyalty to Triton by requesting membership. Any applying nation declares that he/she is not a member of another alliance, or knowingly listed on any Permanent/Eternal Zero Infrastructure lists. Any nation in a state of war may apply, but will not be accepted until wars have expired or peace has been agreed upon.
B] Every nation will be required to complete an IRC interview.
C] Any applicant with one or more referrals from members in good standing will have a shorter application period.
D] Denied Applicants can resubmit their application 24 hours after previous attempt was denied.
E] All applicants may be accepted by any government official.
Article II: Government
A] The government will be run by a Draco, or dragon. The Draco will make major decisions and participate in the government voting. The Draco will also be in charge of posting alliance announcements. The Draco position can only be filled by a Norma member serving more than 2 terms.
B] Under the Draco will be 5 members of the Norma, or board.
C] Each member of the Norma will be known as an Official, whom will also participate in government voting. The Official of Foreign Affairs also has the authority to post alliance announcements on behalf of Triton.
D] The Pyxis, or Compass, will serve as the Draco’s adviser.
Article III: Government responsibilities
A] The Draco is responsible for approving all documents that are approved by 60% of the Norma.
B] The Pyxis has no designated responsibilities, other than sharing his or her knowledge on any given situation or matter.
C] The Official of Internal Affairs is responsible for the acceptance of diplomats and giving them masks.
D] The Official of Commerce is responsible for organizing internal tech deals, as well as setting up stable trades and trade circles for those who need them.
E] The Official of Progressive Education is responsible for the proper education of all Triton members. This includes answering questions, improving nations by auditing them, and editing guides to ensure the well being of Triton Members.
F] The Official of Intelligence is responsible for organizing individual nations into their Squadron's, as well as conducting them in time of war. He/she also takes on the role of proposing Nuclear Strikes.
G] The Official of Foreign Affairs will obtain the rule of creating friendly diplomatic relations by proposing treaties, gathering and organizing diplomats, and assisting other Foreign Officials with any problems that may arise, regarding Triton.
Article IV: Election Process
A] The Draco is elected by the members of Triton. The leader may resign as his role as Draco of Triton at any time. Nominations will immediately take place to fulfill this position.
B] Norma elections are held on the first day of February, April, June, August, October, and December.
C] Nominations will be open 72 hours prior to each candidate.
D] Nominees will send their Manifesto's to the Draco, who will then anonymously post them in the designated election area. This will help prevent the vote of popularity.
Article V: Tech Raiding
A] Tech raiding will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form.
Article VI: Nuclear Weapons
A] Triton supports the purchase of Nuclear Weapons, and is highly intelligent in the technological advances of them.
B] Triton has a strike first policy. A First Strike attack may be proposed by the Official of Intelligence or The Draco after an official Declaration of War. Subsequently, a 60% Norma vote of agreement, The Draco may give permission to deploy these massive infra burnin', tech eating, aircraft bombing weapons.
C] In a scenario in which Triton is struck by a Nuclear Weapon, defensive action may immediately be taken. There will be no limit regarding the total deployment of these weapons.

A] War may be declared on an alliance, coalition and/or individual for hostility and/or militarily-bound threats against Triton or it's allies, as well as any logical reason as why war is necessary. If allies request our assistance, we may fight with their reason for war.
B] Triton respects all treaties, and will follow them so long as their reasons are legitimate.

A] Triton may alter their charter at any present moment. Modifications may be proposed at any time, by any member, regarding anything in this document.
