Just over a month ago, I posted in a non discussion forum after someone reported a banned member. I was actually trying to be of assistance, but in hindsight should've just pm'd a mod. Since someone replied after my reply, joking about something else, almost turning the thread into a discussion over an idiot banned member, I realise why you have those rules in place.

This appeal got denied due to the fact that I'd been warned for not having my TE Nation Name in my bio a couple of weeks beforehand, I hadn't realised you could only appeal after one month from your latest warn.
It's been two and a half months since the original offence and six weeks since this appeal was posted, I've remained active on the forums and not made that same mistake since, so I'd like to appeal again now if that's ok.
