It's another airport day for me, as I fly corner-to-corner from Seattle to Miami for a 2-day work assignment, home on Friday.

Nothing as fun as that 3:30 alarm clock to get you up for your 5:50 flight! Wheeeeeeeee. And I didn't even get to sleep until 3:30, because my automatic coffee pot woke me up at 3 with that 'hey it's time to get up!' aroma. Which man, did I need.

Anyway ... haven't discovered what vital thing I forgot to pack yet. It'll surprise me at some point, can't wait!

Any other frequent flyers out there?

Hell yes!

1) Sea-Tac is my favorite airport. Anthony's Homeport is awesome airport food.
2) Chicago O'Hare is the worst place on Earth.

This. Hate that place.

"Oh hey, I've had a bright idea, let's not put ANY RESTAURANTS AT ALL in the international terminal, so you have no way of getting food other than pretzels while sitting in the cold during a five hour layover"

I prefer Fort Worth for long layovers.

Reminds me of LAX. Nothing but a Burger King. And I'm a vegetarian.
By the time we landed back in Oregon I felt like death.

I go vegetarian every other month. That's what I like Fort Worth for. They have so much different stuff.

O'Hare -- the place where it is apparently against state law for every escalator to be working simultaneously.

Yet I still prefer it to LAX, with its "who gives a crap?" staff and long walks between terminals.
