Dear citizens of Planet Bob,

I am here to address the concerns of Basketball Ninjas, United Under Scorn and other parties who have been victims of my unwarranted aggression in the past. I would just like to inform all of Bob that I will be joining The Dark Templar and as a result of this and the most recent conflict I will stop the random attacks on tiny helpless nations. Instead, I will be focusing on growth and will get out of range of any smaller helpless nations. I promise this with the backing of The Dark Templar and under the supervision of MyWorld.

I hope this resolves any concerns about my previous actions and helps make Bob a better place.
