Since time long forgotten by many, Blackwater has held her head up high as TE brings death, destruction and despair across the lands. We fought for countless of reasons against untold amounts of alliances who sought to oppress either our rightful sovereignty or our beloved allies. We brought justice and redemption against such alliances constantly, each time bringing us more scars as we ourselves returned such a favor by the use of cold hard lead.
It has however occurred to many, that Blackwater has not revealed herself in some time. We have been but a simple shadow as The Phoenix Federation gained supremacy, as Murder inc fell from the giant it once was, as our old friends LE has strengthen in dominance, and as the MDP webs only grow more complicated with each passing round. We have only but watched and observed these actions, only awaiting our time to once again resurrect the legacy Blackwater has so very hard achieved so long ago.

And so, after much delegation in the local tavern (kirke's basement), It became increasingly clear that due to the absence of such participation from TE, it has grown to be nothing more then just a disorganized riot. Being so, we became dissatisfied, bitter, and mortified. Not because of the actions that were happening as they were, but because the lack of experienced warfare being displayed in TE by the existing alliances. This became increasingly apparent when we were engaged in tech raids in round 7 of TE by renowned alliances and unknowns alike in a attempt to harass our members for personal gain. To reinstate a policy that has once been made by a previous TE commander, "We don't like people coming over to take a dump on our porch." It would appear that this policy has since been forgotten. Perhaps now we should make it more clear?
Therefore, be is it on this day, October 24, 2009, that the Blackwater army once more marches to claim her sovereign being. We come in the name of our kin, our brothers and sisters in arms. We come to reclaim our once distinguished mask, we come in the name of our friends and foes alike, we come for those who have forgotten our name, we come for the challenge we hope to face. But most of all, we come to kick $@! and chew bubble gum.
