At present, the foreign aid display shows the status of 8 foreign aid transactions. That could be a spread of up to 5 current and pending foreign aid deals and at least 3 expired deals. A standard tech deal takes three steps, a money deal and two tech deals. Without the past history of a tech deal on view, it is easy to make mistakes, but the current system does not support the total of 15 entries necessary to track 5 "deal histories". A second page of foreign aid deals would present the player with all of the deals in each of his five foreign aid deals.

I believe expired FA slots are deleted after a certain amount of time, so this might not solve the problem you refer to, but approved for discussion.

I just use informative aid reasons. When sending tech, I always use Pt.1 and Pt.2 to remind me what tech batch it is.

Isn't this this kind of stuff for what the notepad is for?

This wont work for the simple fact that it requires only 1 person to cancel an aid transaction for both parties. Ive had sellers try to lowball me like that before, thankfully as destro said, the notepad came in handy

.
So unless admin changes it so when you delete an expired aid transaction it only applies to your nation's aid view, this wont really change anything.

There could always be an aid "archive" or something that only your nation could see (no spying either), which would show all the aid for the past month or something. That would really, really come in handy.
