Technician1578 of AGreatNation is a ghost and rogue - he is also a tech scammer, so I would warn anyone considering aiding him to not do so if they intend to get any tech back.

are you sure? He is most definitely a ghost, but yesterday he sent tech to someone.

He messaged multiple members of Kronso and our Allies requesting aid for tech deals after telling one of our members we now had a rogue tech scammer amongst our midst.
He's still at it? What a scumbag.
Perhaps he's a rogue, but since GDI disbanded I don't think he can be considered a ghost.
