"Freedom, Equality, Brotherhood" From the FOK HQ, the Netherlands.I'll keep it nice and short. FOK recently is undergoing a restructuring process in the Foreign Affairs department.
This also included making a change in foreign policy.
As such, the following treaties are now cancelled:
TDO - Declaration of Neutrality
TOOL - PIAT
OPA - ToA
Vanguard - ToA
This is an amicable parting, and I would like to point out that we do not need a piece of paper to be friends with anyone.
We wish all of you nothing but the best in your future endeavours.
And on a personal note:
Arsenal, you should definitely join our channel more often. We can have so much fun together.

Not really Locke, we are neutral with a lot of alliances, and we don't need to sign a document for that.
Good luck to the parties we cancelled on.

Oh, I know the concept, Invicta actually isn't signed into any DoN's ourself; it's just like cancelling a dead NAP, I suppose. Yeah, it's not necessary to have one, but it's not doing much harm there either.

I think we still have one or two on the books, somewhere.
Heh, I can't even remember the last time I saw a NAP or DoN cancelled, or even signed for that matter.

IIRC from my time in GPA, they don't announce new signatories unless the other alliance wants to. It wouldn't surprise me if other neutrals do that as well.

Any particular reason you would cancel on a Declaration of Neutrality? I think that it's very interesting and would like a straightforward answer - It's not every day you see something like this.

Partly because of what Unavailable Content said.
Plus I believe a DoN is worthless in essence, as when TDO really is acting neutral, we don't need a piece of paper to recognize that.

If TDO's DoN is anything like GPA's, then it doesn't change anything on TDO's end. Everyone would be covered on it, signature or not.

Ah, I see your game: provoke TDO by canceling a treaty with them...so that they become angry and therefore no longer
"acting neutral." Then use that as a retro-active pretext for canceling the treaty in the first place. Very clever. Well played, FOK!
